Wrestling 101
7 Years Old & Up, ~0-2 Years of Experience
Wrestling 101 lays the perfect groundwork for wrestling. In this program, we focus on mastering the essential techniques and building confidence on the mat. We will guide you through the fundamentals, preparing you to seamlessly transition into our intermediate and advanced programs.
Practice Days/Times: Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm
Cost: $175
Wrestling 101 practices are designed to build progressively on each session, so we do not offer drop-in memberships for this program.
Fall Folkstyle
7 Years Old & Up, >2 Years of Experience
Join our Fall Folkstyle program to build your conditioning, refine your skills, and develop mental toughness. Training with other high-level wrestlers will prepare for the upcoming winter season.
Practice Days/Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00-8:00pm
