Elementary Fundamentals
(K-2nd & 3rd-5th grade w/ 0-2 years of experience)
Our Fundamentals program builds the ideal foundation for success in wrestling. Wrestlers will focus on mastering essential techniques, developing body awareness, and building confidence in a supportive, structured environment. This program is designed to prepare athletes for a smooth transition into our intermediate and advanced levels.
Class limited to 20 wrestlers to ensure focused instruction.
Practice Days/Times: Mon/Wed 5:30-7:00pm

Fundamentals practices are designed to build progressively on each session, so we do not offer drop-in memberships for this program.
