USAW FULL ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED
Register for the Spring Season and join us for Freestyle, Greco-Roman, and/or Folkstyle practices every week. Attend every session to hone your skills, or drop in on evenings when your spring sports calendar permits. Embrace the challenge of mastering all three styles and elevate your wrestling to new levels!
Folkstyle Practices: Mon/Wed 7-8:30pm
Freestyle & Greco-Roman Practices: Tue/Thu 6-8pm

USAW LIMITED FOLKSTYLE ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED
(0-2 Years of Experience)
Essentials lays the perfect groundwork for wrestling. In this program, we focus on mastering the essential techniques and building confidence on the mat. We will guide you through the fundamentals, preparing you to seamlessly transition into our intermediate and advanced programs.
Practices: Mon/Wed 5:30-7pm
Price: $200.00
Essentials practices are designed to build progressively on each session, so we do not offer drop-in memberships for this program.

USAW LIMITED FOLKSTYLE ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED
Learn wrestling through games & activities. Open to ~4 to ~5 year old wrestlers that are new to wrestling.
Practices: Sun 10-11am
