Mastering the Fundamentals
Football practices often have limited time to cover a wide range of skills, making it difficult to focus on the finer details of offensive and defensive line play. Our specialized training sessions are designed to fill that gap, emphasizing technique, muscle memory, and real-time decision-making. The goal is to develop linemen who instinctively react to their opponents and execute with precision.
Our expert coaches include former collegiate linemen and Greco-Roman wrestlers who specialize in hand fighting, leverage, and angle creation—essential skills for controlling an opponent and winning battles in the trenches. Additionally, we take a methodical approach to tackling, teaching proper back angles and the safest head positioning to maximize effectiveness while minimizing injury risk.
Unlike traditional football practices, these sessions will focus purely on skill development—no sprints, push-ups, or generic conditioning drills. Players will train in t-shirts, shorts, and sneakers—no football equipment required.
